We love walk-ins and truly try our best to accommodate each and every client. If you can make an appointment we would recommend it, so that your preferred appointment time can be secured with your preferred therapist.
We want you to thoroughly enjoy your experience. Please be sure to communicate your preferences to your therapist – the amount of pressure, room temperature, etc. Please let your Therapist or staff member know immediately if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Our goal is for your experience to be positive, and corrections can only be made if we are made aware of a problem at the time of service.
Checking-In and Checking-Out:
Please arrive early for your appointment so that you get your full time. Each guest completes a brief form, which takes about five minutes.
When your treatments are completed you will check out at the reception desk. You may pay with credit card, cash or gift card. Gratuities for your therapist may be left in a tip envelope or we will gladly add gratuities to your credit card if you prefer. Please check you have all your personal belongings before you leave the spa, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Our Cancellation Policy is very generous! We ask at least 24 hours notice (48 Hours for Saturday & Sunday Appointments) if your plans change and you need to cancel or re-schedule. We have a voicemail if you need to call after regular business hours.
We do require a credit card to reserve appointments, we greatly appreciate our clients notifying us immediately if they need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. No-shows are a huge frustration in the spa industry and they will be charged 100% of the total service(s).
